Hectagon began with drawings, sites and clients in Lagos. It grew into a group that designs, funds, builds, sells and powers the assets Africa needs.

Hectagon was founded by an architect with more than a decade of practice, after years of watching good African projects fail between the drawing and the site — poor documentation, unvetted contractors, buyers with no honest advisor.
The response was to own more of the chain. Architecture set the standard. Realty took finished assets to buyers at home and abroad. Technology built the systems the other two run on. Beyond real estate and design, the founder has also built companies across fintech, proptech, sportstech, AI and recruitment — each one shaped by the same belief that African ideas should become African assets.
The group is Africa-based, with delivery and partnerships in Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, South Sudan, Kenya and a widening set of African markets.
